We took kids to Sherwood Pines for Treetop Adventure. It was brilliant but way too short. If you ever think about going, pay a little bit more for Treetop Adventure Plus. It looks more interesting, challenging and consist of more than 4 walks between the trees.

We went to the Williamsburg one and the staff were amazing, but the course didn't seem very beginner/intermediate friendly. They didn't teach us to slow down on the zip lines using gloves (which is what I’ve experienced on previous zip line courses), rather they taught us to do this running stop by matching the speed that we were at and using our legs to slow down. It worked perfectly on the training one (about 20ft) and I landed it pretty easily along with everyone else and the instructor said we were good to go; however, the next zipline (probably around 150ft), this technique did not fare well for me or anyone else behind me because the difference in size really amped up the speed and I feel they didn't really ease us in per say with slowly making zip-lines longer so we could get the hang of it. A lot of us unfortunately hit pretty hard, with one women hitting her head really hard as well since this was now the second time performing this stop for most of us. Also, a lot of the obstacles are a lot more upper body than all-body, so when signing up for Go Ape for others I would keep that in mind. Overall, the staff were super welcoming and friendly, but I feel the course could be improved for those just learning the running stop because all of the other zipline courses I’ve been on use the glove stop.

We visited the GoApe at Alexandra Palace and the team there made our experience a memorable. The team, ably led by Tom were professional, friendly and very patience with our group. Max was an excellent trainer and supervisor and Fraser was outstanding in supporting our group on the more challenging obstacles. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed!

Great set-up. Booked on the phone as I had an expired voucher from a previous cancellation; no problems.
Was busy but well organised. Staff were amazing at Thetford. Fun, engaged, and they were so good with all the kids. Was quiet when we finished and they let us do another turn round. Really run for the customer by a great team. It’s expensive, but great value.

My friends took me to Go Ape for my birthday and I have the best time! What a fantastic day. It was exciting and extremely fun. The staff were nice and kind.

What a fantastic day, The website was very easy to use, the travel instructions lead us straight there without any fuss.
Once there my girls were in their element not phased at all by the heights, i did not fare so well. But thanks to the amazing staff at Leeds castle Go Ape, Jarred and Anne who kept an eye on me the whole way and even gave me a hug when i cried after completing the Zip wire. I could not fault the staff they were wonderful and I would definitely go again even though i'm petrified of heights. well worth the money

definatly give it a go, we had a large group, im scared of hights, they talk you thro everything and are so supportive, i finished the course , its a amazing expiernce

On 2nd June 2022 we visited Go Ape in Alice Holt. We braved the Tree Top Challenge of which we were initially very nervous. Our party consisted of 2 kids (13+15) and an elderly relative. When we arrived (at 9:30, booked for 10) the staff very kindly guided us to an allocated area where we waited. In the minutes we had before the start, we looked around the beautiful forest of Alice Holt. At 10, we and 3 other people met a kind instructor who demonstrated safety briefing inc how to attach the ropes from each task. She was very clear and helpful. We then went over to stage 1 of 5 where we practised hooking up to the wires and climbed a ladder.

The course had 2 tarzan ropes, 1 of which was shippable. The first one was very early on but was relatively easy to complete as it was only a 5m swing. You are always attached to something in the case that you fall.

Very good at making sure everyone is safe. We had a great time. At our venu, the parking cost us £9 (for a few hours) or the option for all day parking (£12). The price of Go Ape was quite expensive for larger families but the experience is second to none.

Would definitely recommend for people with young kids.

We went to Go Ape Cannok yesterday and had an incredible experience. I would like to personally thank and praise the instructor Curtis for his patience and attentiveness with our 2 girls, thank you Curtis!!

Also, we booked our session at 13:15. We had the safety session with Ashley and the quiz was good!!. The whole team who looked after us were really good from the start to the end. We had a young lady who was there from the 1st round and the 2nd round. She was amazing and really made it brilliant for us all
They really do go above and beyond. My two little nieces even said in the car "That was the best customer service" Thank you all you made it their day and ours.
Special Thank you to Ashley who helped to give my little niece the confidence on the second to last obstacle..she sung your praises. Honestly you all made it special from beginning to the end including the guys who checked us back in. Love to do it again and with the team that looked after us. Amazing all well done, I wished we arrived earlier to explore everywhere. Top tip.....get there early take a picnic, no BBQs and enjoy the place

Our granddaughters, aged 10 & 8 years had an absolutely brilliant day at Go ape Moors Valley. The staff were really good, explained things well & checked that the girls understood everything. Will definitely take them back again, they loved it.
